i also have pcos and i have 4 children 3 of them was with the aid of fertility treatment but 1 was a natural and unexpected surprise. the pcos stopped my periods completely and when i found out i was pregnant with my 3rd my surprise baby i hadnt even had a period at all i found out i was 6 mths pregnant. I have friends who have children and pcos but it all depends on the person and if you produce good eggs or have regular periods. talk to your doctor about it if you havent already i found my doctor very helpful in this matter.
