Your normal, i dont know anyone whose gone through the BO stage at 11 and has a deep voice.
When a boy begins puberty, his voice will lower. There is no significant difference or change in voice for girls.
Does he sound like a girl....NO. When he first started out he had a little boy voice.......Now he has a teenager voice he is going through puberty so it is getting deeper. So NO.

Puberty starts anywhere on average from age 11 to 14 depending on the person. Not everyone starts at the same time. You sound perfectly normal to me. Not everything happens at once. Relax and don't worry over this. I have put a link below you can look at.

they aren't so terrible now but maybe when they first came out they didnt sound that well but it takes time to be and sound like great singer :) because they needed time to grow up and go through puberty, making their voices deeper! :) HOPE THIS HELPS.
S1 makes a "lub" sound. It is the first heart sound in a normal rhythm. The sound is produced when the AV valves close.
He hasn't gone through puberty. He should really wait til he matures up a little bit before singing because some people might not like his voice after puberty.
