I am 14 years old and I am 5 11 almost 6 0 I've started shaving beard one year ago and from there I've noticed that I pretty much stopped growing.. what can I do to make sure I grow taller?

How tall you will be has already been determined by your genetics. You just have to let nature take its course. That being said, you will continue to grow as a male until you are approximately 21 years old. Sometimes you will notice grow spurts, while at other times it is a slow process. I would not worry about this. You are a pretty good height right now for your age, and will continue to grow.

Did you have an ultrasound done? I had an ovum oblightum, I went in for my first ultrasound and they're was no baby, i went in for 2 more ultrasounds after that still no baby so i had a D&C done. I noticed that my pregnancy symptoms just started to vanish right around the time they said the pregnancy stopped growing. But if you had an ultra sound, they would of caught it.

footbinding I would NOT recommend stopping your feet from growing. I stopped my feet from growing starting at age 12. I did it by wearing shoes that were 2 sizes too small and I was in pain EVERY day because of it. Once I knew my feet stopped growing, I started wearing shoes that were comfortable around the age of 17. I am now 25 and I have HORRIBLE foot pain. I also have pain in my ankles and heels.
