Yes, unless the doctor wants to lose his/her license to practice, he/she will keep it confidential. They can't even tell your parents or anyone anything.
I know this from experience. I got pregnant at 16 and went to my OBGYN. I had missed an appointment so they called my house. My mom answered and they wouldn't even tell her when the appointment was supposed to be or who had made it.
