No. If you completed 2 years, and you are over 18, you can get your GED but that requires more studying and taking tests. You can't just get your diploma, without any more work, after 2 years. you have to earn it.
An associates degree is two years furthered of high school so in all reality it's going to look much better to have an associates rather than just a high school diploma.
