Depends on your body style. If you are an athletic build, you weight is probably in muscle and less in fat. You weigh pretty much the same as me and I am 5'9 1/2 so. you weight is fine :)
on the other hand, if you are a slender build and weigh that much, it probably isn't a good thing. the BMI thin is usually crap.
