Just tell her that when a mommy and daddy love each other very much, they look into each others eyes and decide they want a baby and so god plants a seed inside the mommy and she has a baby.
or tell her that when two people love each other they decide to have a baby so the stork comes with a baby all wrapped up in blankets and brings it to them or something like that.
or tell her you guys had sex duh and explain what it is
