Loose yourself. It'll be beneficial for your friends and especially to you if you will unmask your emotions. Keeping it inside or pretending will only lead you to destruction. There will come a day that you won't be able to carry it any more and will just explode.

Start telling them what you feel little by little until you get comfortable with them and them comfortable at you. Trust them and they will also trust you.
