You probably need to check for a Dog Training service in your area that provides the type of training you are looking for. PawsitiveSolutions offers dog-training right in your home, for instance. Also, there are training facilities that specialize in training companion dogs for the disabled. Your local SPCA could recommend a reputable training facility too.

get a trainer or everytime it bites tell it off
Your Puggle is probably shedding out now as it is warm weather. The best thing to do is to brush him or her out on a daily basis. A nice bath would be nice too (use regular doggy shampoo, not human shampoo). Be sure to use on your dog the once a month Flea & tick prevention products, such as Frontline Plus or Advantix II. Just put it on your dog's coat once a month. If your dog continues to lose a lot of hair or is itching badly, take him or her into be checked out by your Veterinarian.
they trust the trainer more than you. you need to stop having the trainer come and you need to train them yourself
Do what electric dog fence companies do and set up a perimeter of flags, and multiple times a day go to different part of your yard (with your dog on a leash) and shake the flag and tell him "NO". It takes at least a month but its well worth it. Good luck :)
I have no clue sorry. But I'm just looking up on google to see.
