This TV does not have the picture in picture function.
Dim picture, slow to get bright and the white part of the picture turns kind of negative looking.
If you are looking to get a nineteen inch LED television then you should get the one that is 1080p. The picture is very different between the two and you will enjoy the 1080p more.
Samsung is a highly rated television, it is up there with Panasonic. Those two brands are supposed to be the best when it comes to HD picture. I would always recommend checking the picture of the television before you buy it by looking at the display models.

The picture in picture function on cameras is for when one would want to record a video as well as being able to take a picture. The picture in picture that one would find on a TV set, would allow one to watch 2 TV shows at once.
If you are looking for the best, I'd go with Sony. My Sony has a great picture, has had no issues, and has more features than other similar LCD tv's.
