First off, there is always someone you can talk to. Check your phonebook and look for Kids Help Phone or a Nurses' Line. They are open 24 hours a day so you can call in the dead of night if that makes it feel more private. They can help you and it is all confidential. If you are worried you are pregnant and it is near the time of your period, then purchase a home pregnancy test. If it shows positive, take another. Sometimes they can give false positives. If you are not at your period yet, then I'm afraid you just have to wait. Lastly, if you make an appointment with your doctor, remember that doctor-patient confidentiality states that your doctor cannot tell anyone what the appointment is about, or what happened.
