I am suffering with burning sensation of feet from last two years I am regularly taking the B12 tablets neurobino every day night also but no relief Can you please suggest me the right treatment?

you may try wearing socks that are made 100% cotton instead of synthetic.
be sure to wash your feet in cold water daily, that may help
Taking B12 is not likely to help if it is a nerve problem.
You should probably see a Podiatrist, rheumatologist (Arthritis doctor) or a neurologist (nerve doctor) to find out the cause of burning feet, and then they can run tests, and once they find the cause they can effectivly treat it.
If you can't get in to see one of those doctors, then pain meds are the way to go.
Ibprofen is a good, effective one.
