I am trying to start a Rush tribute band and I have absolutely no idea as to what Keyboard I should get. What will give me the sounds to their more popular songs on a budget?

Rush used many different synths over the years, usually changing between albums. I also have a Rush tribute band and have found that there are many different keyboards you can get sounds on. You should try to get one that you can edit the sounds. Find a sound that is close to what you are looking for and mess with it until it sounds close.
The more famous sounds came from an Oberheim OB, a Roland Fantom X, Moog Taurus pedals.
I have used a Yamaha motif, Korg DW 8000, and the last keyboard a bought was a Korg Oasys, but it is expensive. If you even just try to stick with a Roland keyboard you can get close, Geddy likes Roland and many of the sounds on the Roland keys are used over and over from different models. Check Ebay for some Roland Keyboards.
