I bought an item on eBay it was damaged but the seller refused to refund me and accept a return eBay refunded me from the sellers PayPal account and i binned item They now want it back.what do i do?

Since eBay (not the seller) issued the refund and you have already been refunded, you are not responsible for returning the item. If you had not been refunded yet, and the seller was going to issue the refund themselves, they had the right to ask for the item to be returned before issuing the refund. In this instance, however, this is not the case. Unless eBay or the shipping company asked for the item, you don't need to return it.
