I bought the Black Ops hardened edition with no codes from eBay for PS3. Will it still give me the DLC zombie maps?

No you need the DLC codes so you can enter them into the terminal and unlock it from there.
Rezurrection DLC will include the 4 WAW maps Nacht der Untoten, Verrückt, Shi No Numa, & Der Riese along with 5 new maps including zombie map Moon
