Where is your buddy list?
Go to view and go to buddy list or go to buddy list and right click on a person, and find a unblock. If that doesnt work click on the buddy, so you see the message thing. Then somewhere in that box you will see a unblock. If that doesnt work just delete him or her and add them again. -Razer

Just simply delete him or her then refresh after that he/she cannot be seen in your buddy list neither you can see

If you've arranged to meet up on yoville with a friend that is not in your buddy list create the event in the performance category, get your friend to keep recreating the event until you see it.
How do you set up a video chat on ichat?
The people in your buddy list who are able to video chat will usually have a green camera next to their name in your buddy list. If you want to video chat with them (and they must be online) click on the green camera next to their name and wait until they accept or decline! If they accept, the video chat will automatically pop up but if they decline, nothing will happen. The chatters will need to be using either iChat or the AOL AIM network (See links below).
Is there a way to find out if someone has blocked you from AIM?
The best way would probably be to ask a friend (or multiple friends) to put this person on their buddy list, and if they see the person online, let you know. When they do, you can see if they appear on your buddy list. If so, they have not blocked you. If their name is not there, then they have blocked you. You can also do this yourself by creating a new screen name, adding the person to your new buddy list, and linking your two screen names (edit>settings>buddy list>linked screen names) so they are both online at once. Note that this will only work if the person does not have settings where only his or her friends can see the screen name's online status. You can also use > http://www.buddycheckscript.com/index.php to see if they are online. This will tell you when they are online, mobile, or offline. If they are online or mobile, and you don't see them in your buddy box, then you more than likely Blocked.

Well, if you use the lastes AIM software or AIM express, it will tell you how many people's buddy lists you are on. However, it does not tell you whose you're on, sadly.
