I disabled the built in mic on your laptop using sound properties and when I did the driver wasnt there to re enable it how can I re enable it?

Seriously, try restarting your laptop (don't sleep or suspend, RESTART). Unless you disabled the hardware in the BIOS, the built-in audio should have its drivers reloaded, and then you can use the Sound Control Panel to enable it.

The fact that your other laptop can connect to wifi is irrelevant to whether or not you have disabled wifi on the laptop that is reporting that wifi is disabled. Go into your settings and make sure you haven't inadvertently turned it off.
