Restore the Ipod
When you go to the iPod Touch, go to the App Store (after you're connected to Wi-Fi router) and choose categories. Then, go to the Utilities section. That section shows no games, just useful apps.
If you want to jailbreak your ipod you can but if you dont wanna you dont have to, it's your choice but jailbreaking can cause fast battery drain and lag and with jailbreaking you can get free apps but if you dont jailbreak your ipod is smooth but you have to pay real money for apps(except free ones).
For the ipod touch some apps cost money but a whole lot of them dont cost money at all the majority of them are al free.lol so dont worry kk
you need to sync the ipod, if still dont appear try transfering the apps to the computer
if you have wifi you can just download them off your ipod touch . if you dont have an ipod youch you will have to go onto itunes and go to apps and get free apps or paid ones .

i dont know wat types of ipd u have but on the ipod touch there is always and apple store and through the apple store u can install apps
