I don't have my last pay check stub and I need it what do i do?

Well ask your employer for a copy I guess. But, you certainly don't need it for tax return filing...IT CANNOT BE USED FOR THAT. You need the W-2 form, which should be coming along soon anyway. If your thinking of using a W-2 to file...meaning know it or not, your probably getting involved in a Revenue Anticipation Loan (or RAL), see discussions here and other places....which are a complete ripp off and are trying to be outlawed as taking advantage of the needey. If you do not receive your Form W-2 or Form 1099-R by January 31st , or your information is incorrect, contact your employer/payer.
