I had the same symptoms, for quite awhile last year, but I also experienced on and off stomach upset, nausea and random pains all over my stomach. One night I got one of the random pains in my stomach, then went to bed. By the next morning I was so sick and in so much pain I could barely move. After about 5 hours of puking and trying to poop, I had to be wheeled into a hospital for emergency surgery. Turns out I had an ovarian cyst that ultimately ruptured and was causing an obstruction in my intestines. Even after the CT scan, I was apparently such a mess inside that they couldn't tell what the heck the problem was, and had to poke three holes in my stomach to eventually discover that my angry ovary was interfering with my digestion. If it persists, get it checked out. Even if you're not female, I'd get checked out, because many things can cause the intestinal track to get blocked. It's not a fun thing to experience.
