Try to contact the game developer, black ops 1 had nazi zombies which explains why they had swastikas all over the game. Go to the black ops website and try to tell them you will fix the problem if they unblock you.

Once you get enough emblems for those eggs, then they might appear in the Black Market. Some files have different colored eggs than other files.
