I got my bellybutton pierced and now its a little red and there is yellowish whiteish stuff coming out of it and it kind of hurts and its kind of itchhy is it infected but i cleaned it so well?

It is not infected, these are signs of normal healing, the discharge is also normal the itching should ease in a few days. Now should the itching continue, flush the piercing with warm water only (do not use any aftercare solutions or creams on the piercing what so ever) just flush the piercing with water and the itching should ease off. If it does ease off then quit using the aftercare solution or cream on the piercing,just irrigate the piercing under running water daily and it will heal up fine.
You could be reacting to the cleaning product, if that is the case quit using the product and follow the above steps.
