I got my nose pierced a couple of days ago with a needle and I noticed the stud was facing up wards and not flat on my nose. Is this normal or did the piercer do it wrong?

Not sure what you mean about it "facing upwards" but just wait till its healed to decide whether its crooked or something. Since its new, its gonna be swollen and swelling can make piercings look crooked/ sit funny so just wait a few weeks. If you still have a question about it, go to your piercer and ask :)
