I had a smear test and i bled afterwards and the doctors called me back for a repeat test as there was blood in my urine what can this mean?

Bleeding after a pap smear is not unusual. Blood in the urine could mean infection, stones, or other bladder or kidney disease, or could be an incidental finding.
