If you just had a baby on July 20th and everything was fine and then your period came November 30th and you haven't seen it since then, this can be due to hormones. If you are breastfeeding, that may be keeping your period from coming back.

In theory, you can't since you got your period which means that the zygote did not settle or the ovule was never fecundate. However, this is kinda weird since there is, for all women (and girls) exactly 14 days between the release of the ovule and the start of the period.
