I have GTA IV and i have completed all story missons 3 times but i cant play the mission where you have to shoot a limo in a police convoy how do you start the mission?

this is the 8th assassin mission in alderny , i repeatedly shot the police convoy behind the limo and the convoy exploded and the limo tried to get away just repeatedly RAM the limo and shot through the windows to eliminate the people with guns and it will explode :D
