That's a good party, id add a dragon and a water type to it. my choice would be Salamence or Rayquaza (if its on soul silver, not got tht far yet) and a Milotic or a Kyogre. Id then teach the water type ice moves to combat other dragons.
Good party, I would recomend getting some sort of water, dragon, or grass types to block some of the weaknesses I can see.
SABRINA
I would recommend Glaceon, Wailord, Typhlosion, Bayonette, Alakazam, and Mew. Arceus would be better for Tournaments, if you gave it a Spooky plate, so Judgement wouldn't affect you.

It largely depends on your fighting style, and your starter. I started out with Cyndaquil, and caught a Heracross, Pidgey (which i evolved to a Pidgeot), claimed an Abra in the game corner, (which i evolved, with the help of a friend, into an Alakazam), caught Suicune and Sudowoodo. That was my Johto/ E4 team, and for Kanto i used Typhlosion, Heracross, Pidgeot, Alakazam, and caught Larvitar and Dranti, which eventually(!) evolved into Tyranitar and Dragonite :)
That depends. Pokedex: Your rival at Mt. Moon. For your own: Trade a Kadabra.
I'm pretty sure you can't. To get an Alakazam trade a Kadabra and it will evolve
Kadabra does not evolve via leveling up, it must be traded to evolve it into an Alakazam.
personally i like steelix, alakazam, magnezone as some good Pokemon for my party but if you havent beat the elite 4 then try to get a good ice type
1.kadabra to alakazam 2.haunter to gengar 3.graveler to golem 4.machoke to machamp
Get a milotic or a spiritomb.
I just finished beating the elite four without trouble. I used Feraligatr, Meganium, Typhlosion, Ampharos(great Pokemon for the elite), Lugia(also amaing for this) and alakazam
