This is a tricky coin to evaluate because so much depends on the condition. In average circulated condition I'd say it is worth between $5-20 or so. But most examples found are dug and worth substantially less. Furthermore, as with all early milled coins, there are a number of varieties that may make your coin be worth substantially more and much more if the coin is uncirculated and has lustre. The coin you have is an Irish halfpenny that circulated in the American colonies quite a bit also.

Your best bet is to go to a reputable dealer who can see the coin in person and better give you an appraisal of its value.
