I have a 1985 Camero Yellow Z28 I have been told by past owner that it is an IROC but emblems were taken off. How can I verify it being an iroc?

If it doesn't say on the title, take the VIN number to a GM dealer and they should be able to look it up. If it's not it wouldn't be the first fraud I've seen. I once met someone that swore they had a v6 Z-28 and couldn't find parts for it. They were NOT happy when I explained that what they really had was a plain v6 camaro with the Z-28 ground effects and spoiler bolted on.
