The only solution that seems to work for accessing v-mail via landline is to dial your
own cell number, press star and then enter your password. It seems there has been a great deal of discussion regarding a separate Sprint telephone number..... this option seems to have been suspended or truncated by Sprint. I do not know if there is a fee for
checking v-mail via landline.

I have been using web mail to access my regular e-mail account for a long time now, because it allows me to view messages from different locations. I stopped using e-mail programs because I want my messages left on the server instead of getting downloaded. Not using e-mail programs also solves many security-related issues.
