I have a very small and hard movable lump in the head of my epidydimus and a rough bumpy patch on the bottom of the same testicle does this sound like testicular cancer?

This sounds like a varicocele. That being an enlarged vein, similar almost to varicose veins in the legs. It most typically is found at the top of the left testicle, though it can affect the right one as well. It is not cancer and is not a hazard to your health. However, the only sure way to know is by an ultrasound test. So you should see your doctor.
