Probably no, first you need all the items, then you see how many orchalcum 13s you have, you need 7, although it says 13 you just need 7. then you see all the other items you need, after that, you use the crystal that makes it only half materials then you can make it and use the most powerful weapon in the game, although Fenrir has the most strength.
