I have an MP4 mpeg-4 video that i would like to put on my iPod touch when i sync my iPod it tells me that it cannot be played on my iPod what do i do?

this video need to be converted to a different format and there are tons of video converter programs and websites that you can use. convert that video into a different format. .mp4 usually works for me but if it doesnt work for you try a different format
