He is in Edgeville.
well even if your imp's name is the same as someone elses jack frost is on one of the white parts on the runescape world map
Jack Frost will be on one of the small ice patches. The exact location of Jack Frost depends on your imp's name. To see what your imp's name is, just talk to him and it will say. See the list of imp names below to see where Jack Frost is for you.* Barry - East of the farming patch south of Falador * Benny - Southeast of the Lumberyard (Northeast of Varrock) * Boris - Northeast of Varrock * Charlie - South of Varrock * Dennis - Northeast corner of the Lumbridge cow pen * Freddie - Along the wall of the Grand Exchange on west side * Murphy - South of the Monastery * Magnus- North of the Black Knight Castle * Marcus - Near the Wizard's Tower * Marius - South of the barbarian village * Marvin - West of Ice Mountain * Morris - South of the Grand Exchange * Murray - Southeast corner of Falador * Norris - Southwest of the Port Sarim jail * Rasmus- South Of the Lumbridge Swamp
first you have to find the "elder snow imp" (you can quickly locate him by looking on the map for a present symbol) after you talk to him wear the necklace thing he gives you. then walk away from him until you are in a plain old plain of grass. then right click on the necklace on the spot that shows all your equiped items. when that happens a snow imp will appear behind you. walk around and constantly check with your imp. the colder you are the closer you are to jack frost (most people think its the other way around) once you find jack frost talk to him. you will then teleport to a ice world. then you have to slide into him via the ice. after that you can sit back and listen to jack frost, the ice queen (his mother). and good ole father christmas/santa clause/saint nick (his father) once you complete the quest talk to your imp again and you can hear the history of jack frost.

Imp
i havent really completed the event but you can go by the windmill by lumbridge. there should be snow where the cabbage used to be. By the gate talk to the imp with a santa hat on. Now you started the event. Gengafr: search wikianswers "Where is Jack Frost in Runescape?" Then depending on ur name om the snow imp, there will be different locations. Add Gengafr or join clan chat!
Not sure if there's still time to do it, but if there is, all you have to do is get a snow imp, and use them while you walk around the world. Once the snow imp says it's very cold, Jack Frost is around. Talk to him for a bit of a scene, and in the end, you'll get the santa suit! ---- http://www.gameolosophy.com/Games/Online/RuneScape/Holidays-in-Runescape.429245
To start the event, you first had to find one of the three festive-looking head snow imps. They looked like other snow imps except that they wore a Santa Hat. There were three especially important imps, who were stationed at the scenes of some of Jack Frost's vandalism. (Frost's vandalism was creating large ice patches that players could skate on). You could find them near the ice patches, there is one near Falador, so that will do for now. The snow imps would gladly tell you of their woes, and if you were willing to help out, they'd provide you with an ice amulet that could be used to summon one of their friends. To get started hunting for Jack, you wore the necklace and right-clicked 'Operate' away from snow ground. You'd suddenly discover that a snow imp had appeared to give you a hand. Snow imps were naturally aware of extraordinary cold, and could tell when they were headed towards someone as cold as Jack Frost. As you started moving around, you'd be able to click on your imp to check whether you were getting hotter or colder - following the imp's directions would quickly lead you to the right location. 1. Head to any of the Head Snow Imps. 2. They would give you an ice amulet. Operating it away from a snowy field to summon a snow imp. You couldn't have any pets/familiars/followers while operating the ice amulet. 3. The closer to Jack Frost the colder you would get. This is somewhat similar to the Enchanted key in Making History. The descending order for distance was Hot > Warm > Cool > Cold > Freezing. NOTE: Jack Frost was in only one of 15 locations at a time. 4. Once you found Jack Frost, you would be frozen but your ice amulet would prevent you from dying. The snow imp would now be able to teleport you to his hideout. 5. Once there, Jack would tell you that he wouldn't go back until you defeated him. 6. Players would Slide on the ice patch so they would bump into him, shouting "Oof!" 7. The Queen of Snow would appear and you would learn that the Ice Sculpture was Santa Claus. 8. After a cut scene, Santa was defrosted and you were rewarded with a Santa Suit.
U have to use your ice necklace to summon ur snow imp. Then, go where it's cold (keep talking to the imp). As soon as it gets freezing cold, u'll see jack. gl with the quest!
Like all marsupials, the young of a Tasmanian Devil is called a joey.It is not called an "imp", a "cub" or a "pup".The term "imp" is a nickname, but certainly not officially recognised. Like the misnomer "puggle" for baby echidnas, it misinforms the public.
