I have been contacted multiple times a day from some one who clams to be a model scout I have no information about him the calls have all been very inaproprate Is this a scam?

This sounds like it is a scam, especially if you can't find any information about the scout or who he works for. Do not give this person any information about yourself and ask him to stop calling you.
