I have been having odd symptoms lately light headache nausea dizzy faint hazy vision tired irritable mumbling restlessness at night I am only 18 what's wrong with me?

The fact that you are only 18 does not matter. You can have such symptoms at any age and they can be serious at any age. What is your temperature? Have you recently been hit in the head? A number of different things could cause your symptoms. You should have them checked out. If the problem is an infection, antibiotics can clear it up in a few days. You will not need to suffer for months. If it is brain damage, you will not need to become a vegetable.
