You should continue taking the birth control pill as scheduled regardless of bleeding.
Yes
The only risk is when you miss a pill or have unprotected sex when you haven't been on the pill for 4 weeks.
Coming off birth control can and does cause spotting for a few days. This is the medication withdrawing from your system.
With the 21 day pill, you leave a gap of 7 days. As long as you have been taking your pills as directed, you do not need additional contraception for the non pill-taking days.
You should be ok but to be on the safe side use a condom for 7 days. and continue taking your pills as normal.
Just take a break of no more than five days and then continue taking the second pack.
To switch from the IUD to the birth control pill, start taking the pill seven days before IUD removal if possible. Otherwise, start the pill the day of IUD removal and use a backup method of birth control for the first seven days. (The exception: if you get Paragard removed and start the pill during the first five days of your period, no backup is necessary. That doesn't work with the hormonal IUDs, though.)
The pill is not as effective if you are not consistant with taking the pill. You have a chance of getting pregnant, but no one here can give you a percentage. It is best to continue taking the pill until you know for sure if you are pregnant.
When you miss a pill take the next pill as soon as you remember and continue taking them as normal. However you will need to use a condom for seven days.
