I have been workin on my abs for 7 weeks now n there turning out great but I have this time when I can't stop craving for food and I need to stop please does anybody know y I am craving and how u stop?

You may be craving because your body is not used to the amount of excersice intake your are having at the moment, every time you feel like you want to snack just simply have a glass of water it really does help.
