I have circular scratches on my Xbox 360 game it is GTA IV and it woin't play it will show the loading screen then the screen will pop up the disk is unreadable what should i do?

Sorry buddy but your disc is damaged forever! That is a common thing that happens to game discs which is when your x-box is turned on and it gets moved around.
