I have driveway lights that are on a timer We lost power for 3 hrs the other day and now I can't get them to turn on or off automatically What is wrong?

There are some type of timers that can be locked into the off or on position. Flick the power to the timer off and then on within 10 seconds. If the lights come on do nothing. The daylight photo cell will shut them off automatically. If the timer is not that type then state more detail on the discussion page.
