it's okay the garchomp has to be purely EV trained, the blissey has to go and be replaced with latias, and latios will be great

Latios AND Latias variate routes, if you go to the weather tower you can see which route Latios is on by talking to somebody, 'I'm not sure who but if you don't get to that route fast enough Latios will have gone, if you don't catch him and he escapes (as long as you don't kill him) you will have another chance to catch him

to get latias you have to wait for an in game event what will happen is you will wake up one morning and go out side some thing will fly past you at great speed you go back to bed and then got to the square when you wake up the purple kecleon will be that and so will alakazam and a few other Pokemon kecleon will rant about how someone stole his TMs and then you go on a mission to a dungeon called northen range at the end of the dungeon will be latios, you have to battle latios once you have defeated him you and latios will both go back to the square whare latios confecces to having stole the TMs and says that he did it to rescue latias how is trapped in a dungeon called pitfall vally you go to pitfall vally and at the end of it is latias you and latias escaped the dungeon using the teleport gem from the sky tower once your back at the square latios and latias ask to join your team
