I have just gotten 2 b's and it is my first time getting b's. Is it ok to get b's?

Depends on what you normally get. If you normally get A's and then you now have B's, its not horrible. B's are average grades to get and it really all depends on the academic environment you are in. At my school B's are not good but they are not bad.
Addendum:Only you can answer this. Grades are a way of tracking progress, for the teacher and your parents, but more importantly for you. If you did the best you could, gave 100% effort, and earned you "b's", then well done. If on the other hand you slacked off, half-stepped your effort, and glided into those "b's," well you still got the grade you deserved, and you will know if this is true to try harder.
The fact of the matter is grades only exist in school. When you finally graduate from college, there are no more grades; you either work and earn your pay, or you stand in line at the unemployment office and hope you get paid.
Don't get too overly worked up over it. A B is still an above average grade, just not as above average as an A.
New Answer:Sure! That's why there's an A/B Honor Roll! It's good if you've never gotten a "B" before this, and a couple of "B's" won't hurt you overall in life.
