I have re-charged the air condition and replaced the air door actuator in my 2002 Chevy S-10 2.2liter and my AC doesn't work why?

If the compressor is not kicking in, check the fuse, check the compressor clutch air gap, check the low pressure cut out switch, check the high pressure cut out switch.
