I have really long puffy and thick hair i brade it every day because when i leave it down it gets all puffy and ugly is there anything out there that i can do with it so i can wear it down?

Yes! Firstly, you should make sure that when you get your hair cut, you ask the stylist to "thin out" your hair. They thin the hair underneath so that it is not as heavy and hot for you. There are a lot of products now that cater to people with "frizzy" hair and they are really useful. Try a serum for frizzy hair. I personally use an Aveda product, but any other serums I've used have been helpful. Apply to the lengths of your hair and avoid the scalp and top of your hair, as this can cause your hair to appear oily. If you need to smooth out some fly aways on the top of your head, use a very small amount of the serum, rubbed between your hands and pat your hair. You can also try to straighten your hair with a professional strength hair straightener and then apply a small amount of the serum to keep the frizz down and the sleek-smoothness shine through!
