I have severe left shoulder pain with pain on deep inhalation my shoulder is very cold to touch and i have diminished movement and feeling in my left arm What could this be?

You may have damaged the intricate set-up of the shoulder muscle(s) and possibly the ligaments as well.The coldness could be due to a small tear in the muscle and it could be bleeding which means the blood is not flowing properly to the area that is cold.Diminished movement/feeling suggests impingement of a nerve.If you cannot recall an event that may have caused this,then it may be something different entirely.
