Don't worry, I have the same symptoms as well. I have been using Implanon for almost a year now and about every couple of months I skip a period and my breasts get very tender. I have had a few scares but never got pregnant. I guess you can say that I am use to feeling like that every now and then. I believe Implanon is very effective. I know it can seem like your pregnant but it is highly unlikely. If you are still worried about it, talk to your doctor. I hope I was able to help in anyway.
when in doubt, assume you are pregnant. then take a urine pregnancy test, and if that is negative. then you can also check by getting a blood pregnancy test.
Before I was on implanon I ran 5 days a week and lost weight super fast and easy but when I got on implanon in Nov 2010 I put on weight & couldn't shed the pounds! I eat very healthy & run 3 miles six days a week and still nothing for me implanon has made it difficult to loose weight but then again I love implanon because I haven't had my period since Nov but I will probably have it removed and try another birth control but everyone's different you could get on implanon and loose weight but it depends on the woman (:
Yes it can. Any pregnancy test can give a false negative (not picking up on the presence of the hormone hCG (human Chorionic Gonadotropin)) however they will not give a false positive (The hormone will only be there if you are pregnant) An expired pregnancy test will be even less accurate.
yes of course. you probably most likely are pregnant than not.. its very rare for a pregnancy test to come back positive when its ment to be negative. However, if a negative comes back this happens a lot due to not enough hcg in your wee. Go to the doctors
Embargo Act was the law not restricts trading business with other countries. Many countries suffered with this act, however, most of the negative blow was with the United States.
Most pregnancy tests test for the presence of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) in the woman's blood or urine. Ectopic pregnancies are usually picked up by home pregnancy tests however it is possible that do to lower levels of hCG that sometimes result from ectopic pregnancies you could get a false negative. Ectopic pregancies can potentially become very dangeros, if you suspect that you may have an ectopic pregnancy even if a home pregnancy test is negative, it would be wise to see a physician. Yes you could be, possibly. however it depends on the pregnancy tests you are useing; it is unlikley for two of them to both come to the wrong conclusion. hope this helps x
You should wait to test at least 14 to 16 days after ovulation. However some women don't get accurate readings because they don't know when they ovulated, they ovulated late, or implantation was late. Most women are able to get an accurate home pregnancy test in 4 to 8 weeks of pregnancy. If you get negative home test and still feel that you may be pregnant you should see a Dr for a blood test as it can detect pregnancy much sooner.
Sometimes home pregnancy tests are not acurate, my friend took 5 of them and all were negative, however, she was pregnant. i'd suggest seeing a GYN.
The ClearBlue pregnancy tests are 95% of the time accurate. If it comes back positive, then you are definitely pregnant, however if it comes back negative you may still be pregnant, so you may have to take it again in a few days.
The only difference between a phantom pregnancy and a real pregnancy is that with a phantom pregnancy you are not actually carrying a baby and you will usually have a period and a negative pregnancy test. You will have the same symptoms as a regular pregnancy and they can last at least as long as 7 months.Scroll down to related links and look at "False pregnancy - Wikipedia"
A urine pregnancy test tests for the "preg hormone" in the urine, which is at a higher level when a woman is pregnant. However, I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish; a pregnancy test isn't a "Pass/Fail" scenario; it tells you if you're pregnant or not. Male urine on a pregnancy test should test negative.
