I have tail bone pain and the doctors won't tell me why so how do I figure out how to stop it?

If the doctors haven't given you an answer as to the cause of the pain, then it's because they don't know. Quite often, it takes a lot of different tests to determine the specific cause of pain. But one cause of tail bone pain is Arthritis of the lower spine.
If you are still experiencing the pain, try a heating pad on your lower back and see if that helps. If it does, then I strongly suggest the Therma Care heat wraps - they do wonders for the arthritis pain in my lower back (which is near the tail bone).
You could also have a cracked tail bone. Have you had a fall recently and landed on your tail bone? If so, you need to have an x-ray, CT scan, or even an MRI to determine if this is the case. Actually, you should request the above tests even if you haven't had a fall, so you can find out why you are in pain.
