Breast get sore and are tender because they are growing and the skin is stretching. It's nothing to worry about and the pain will disappear not long after it comes.
There are a number of reasons why you may have sore skin on your stomach and back. You may be having an allergic reaction for example.
Is it just the skin surface that is sore? Or is it deeper and tender when you press on it? If it is tender when you press in, then it is the lymph nodes which are under the skin. They are likely swollen due to some virus you picked up. The nodes on either side of your neck may be sore and swollen as well. It should be fine in a few days.

Bug bite/sting?
Most likely a muscle spasm. If it makes it hard to turn your head,or it's quite sore/tender to touch, that's what it is.
