Water is the key to purity! You will be fine.
relax if your not an everyday smoker or even if you are the important rule of thumb is to flush your body daily if your not overweight and exercise to sweat out the toxins faster you will be fine. it takes 30 days for any ones body to normally flush but if you have been drinking water and light exercise to sweat it out you will be just fine don't loose sleep exercise 2nite to relax your mind and help you to get a good nites sleep even if it means just going for a walk around the neighborhood and take n the moment you'd be surprised at the beauty around you attitude is everything, wwwoooo them and good luck let me know how it goes and don't forget to breath
