You cannot see voices anyways so unseen voices of schizophrenics should not be a problem. And also, as for unseen faces, if you cannot see them then that should not be a problem either. So your problem is 'unseen' and therefore does not need a solution. On the other hand, if you are asking how do medical doctors, called psychiatrists, help people that hear voices and see faces when nobody else can see them, then the answer is medication. Since the issue is brain function and the brain runs on a complex mix of different chemicals, the doctor will prescribe something to help balance out their brain chemistry and stop the hallucinations.
